Life can be hectic and hard. It can leave us feeling lonely and isolated at times.
Hope Mentoring is for women who are caregiving in some way and would appreciate space to talk, be listened to, and lovingly reminded of their ultimate hope in Jesus. It’s been on my heart to provide a space to extend this ministry of hope in a practical way. I hope to simply journey alongside you in prayer and encouragement. I am also a caregiver who needs the grace, truth, and hope that Jesus gives. Let’s walk alongside one another — together. Please get in touch for more information: hello@ruthclemence.com
Hope Mentoring will help you to:
- Slow down from all the demands that life brings.
- Provide space to reflect and process.
- Feel heard and supported through listening.
- Be encouraged and challenged to continue to look to Jesus Christ.
Hope Mentoring involves:
- Journeying together and being reminded that you are not alone in life’s valleys or mountaintop experiences. You are loved and cared about.
- A series of relaxed, informal conversations via Zoom. We will have an initial conversation followed by the option to check in once a month, or more regularly depending on what would be most helpful.
- Space to share together, pray, look at the Bible, and be reminded of the hope available in Jesus.
Hope Mentoring is not:
- Professional counselling or qualified mental health support. If this is needed, it is recommended to reach out to a doctor or seek an accredited counsellor or healthcare professional.
- A substitute for the local church. Christians can provide support and encouragement for you in your local context. If you are a part of a church, please do reach out to the leadership team there if you can. If you are not connected to a church, I would encourage you to find a local church. However, different circumstances can make this difficult at times. It would be a joy to journey with you where you are at right now.
Is there a cost?
Hope Mentoring is free.
